You agree to use the SoftNote App for lawful purposes only.

SoftNote is not responsible for lost passwords, seed phrases, or unauthorized access to your account.
4. Digital Assets and Transactions
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain.
SoftNote does not control blockchain networks or guarantee transaction confirmation times.
You are solely responsible for verifying addresses and transaction details before sending.
5. Beta Disclaimer
SoftNote Wallet is currently in Beta Mode.
You acknowledge that some features may contain bugs or limited functionality, and you agree to use the app at your own risk during this phase.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, names, software, and content associated with SoftNote are the intellectual property of SoftNote Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our Services without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftNote is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Lost funds or access due to user error.
Service interruptions or bugs.
Third-party actions, hacks, or network issues.
Your use of cryptocurrency and blockchain services is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.
9. Changes to Terms
SoftNote may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
